Avocado oil is virgin and cold-pressed. It contains over 80% fatty acids, vitamins A, B, D, H and K, and beta-carotene. Although it is a thick oil, it can be easily absorbed into the skin and is ideal for very dry and mature skins. It deeply nourishes and moisturizes dry and damaged hair while stimulating the scalp. When it is combined Saponaria with other light-weight oils it can help soothe the dry, itchy skin that eczema causes.
