Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your interest and your new purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition in which it was sent (in the original packaging where possible), without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Returns on food section items and cosmetics collections are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Products that include alcohol (e.g. liqueurs, perfumes, body mists) are NOT allowed to be shipped in all countries. For these products, we have the International Alcohol Shipping Guide that you can find it in the end of the descriptions, for each country separately. We do not return money, if you choose alcohol items that are contradicted with International Shipping Alcohol Guide.

Returns must be only accepted after you contact us via email or from our social media channels. Once we will receive your request we will notify you of the approval or rejection and for the days of return. Depending on where you live, the delivery time the return may take for your exchanged product reach to you, may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will also send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm the approval or rejection as well.

We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. The shipping costs including taxes and customs for returning and for re-shipping, are paid by you, the customer.

Keep in mind that we do not have money refund policy.
