Ziro | Early Harvest Organic Olive Oil

Bio extra virgin olive oil ZIRO  from Sitia (in Crete island) is produced in limited amounts, with excellent organoleptic ingredients. Intensely fruity, with a slightly bitter and spicy taste and a smooth aftertaste of freshly cut grass and green bananas. It is ideal for salads, dressings, fresh fish and potatoes.

Cocktail ingredients:
50ml gin
7ml dry vermouth
drops of bitter
olives

Fill the shaker halfway with ice and add the gin and vermouth.
Stir lightly until the drink is chilled and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 1-2 olives
