Unfiltered: The company store the olive oil in stainless steel tanks without any mechanical or chemical filtration. After the natural sedimentation, they bottle it unfiltered, preserving its high quality.

Cold Extraction: The pressing temperature does not exceed 27°C and thus, all nutrients of the olive oil remain intact.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Fruity scent, medium Bitter and Spicy aftertaste with a dense body.
Combined with: Salads, raw or boiled vegetables, red meat, marinades and hot pizza.
