• Early Harvest production, as it comes from unripe fruits that have not lost their green color
• It has an intense bright green color due to the chlorophylls of the unripe fruit, with antioxidant properties and rich in bio-active polyphenols (reduce diseases, reduce blood cholesterol and anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects)
