Thyme honey is the most renowned Greek honey worldwide. A product of Greece’s rich biodiversity, it uniquely combines exceptional organoleptic and natural characteristics. It features a distinctive aroma, amber color, light, fluid texture, and a pleasantly sweet taste.

The thyme plant (Thymbra capitata) is a small, aromatic Mediterranean shrub. To withstand harsh environmental conditions, thyme produces intense aromas and a range of important natural protective compounds.

Symbeeosis thyme honey is harvested from beehives placed in areas of wild herbaceous vegetation (and certified organic cultivations), with absolute respect for the bees and the natural environment.

Symbeeosis organic honeys are available in a 280gr jars made of glass that allow easy removal of the label. They can be recycled or reused as containers to store herbs, seeds and nuts, or as a pencil box.
