It was Herodotus who first mentioned that the olive branch was the prize of the Olympians in the 8th book, 26th chapter of the „Herodotus Histories“, which is considered to this day the fundamental basis of the History of Western civilization. The olive oil, the crop, the olive tree as a whole already receive an important dimension in terms of their uses and benefits from the Ancient Greek History and Mythology.
The honor of perpetuating an ancient tradition is great, and so is the responsibility. 

An extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and exclusively by mechanical means and cold pressed, from the cultivars Manaki and Throumpa of Evia in Greece. This is a limited edition, awarded, first harvest extra virgin olive oil with the lowest acidity (0,1%), high content of polyphenols and high nutritional value.
It has a high content of Oleocanthal and Eleasin, two substances with significant biological activity which have been attributed anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective properties. With an award for Health claim for the harvest 2021/22 from Olympia Health & Nutrition Awards. The non-ripened olive fruits are carefully harvested and strict selected.
The Sensory analysis reports the medium tensity of fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness, all of them shaping the balanced elegance and delicacy of the EVOO, revealing the perfect delight in salads, spices and dressings. The dominant aromas of green vegetables, fruits and herbs offer a unique tasting experience whereas the wide range of different flavors satisfy the most demanding customer.

  • Limited Elition Blend Manaki & ThroumboliaAesthetically perfect packaging with a handy size, suitable for both professional and personal use in special dishes that seek fine taste and refined aroma. Recommended for appetizers, salads, pasta, grilled fish, dark chocolate desserts, even breakfast options. 

    It comes from a mix of the olive varieties „Manaki“ and „Throumbolia“. It has an aromatic and flavour complexity in a wide range of medium intensity with a fruity, bitter, and slightly spicy aftertaste. It borrows elements from green vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, tea, and freshly cut grass.

    Its acidity does not exceed 0.24%, with the content of Polyphenols exceeding 584mg/Kg, and Squalene 6844mg/Kg respectively.
