Avocado oil is rich in lecithin, vitamins A, B, D, H and K, beta-carotene and contains over 80% fatty acids. It has quite good penetrating action in skin and is indicated for very dry and mature skins that need nourishing. It also nourishes and deeply moisturizes dry and damaged hair while toning the scalp.
