Mix Spices for Meat Balls
Ingredients: thyme, oregano, paprika, parsley, onion, juniper, salt.
Recipe: 1 kg mince meat, 1 big onion grated, 1 egg , ½ cup of Cretan olive oil, 1 cup breadcrumbs and 1 spoon of the special mix for meatballs. Shape the mince into small balls and fry in hot oil for 10 minutes.
